We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for our hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms, and be highly organized in maintaining recruitment data.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong manpower database for current and future hiring requirements.
- Create, update, and manage candidate databases and Excel trackers.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.
- Regularly update candidate status and recruitment trackers.
- Support multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and maintain a quality talent pool.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
