- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, seminars, referrals, and digital inquiries
- Counsel students and business owners about EXIM courses and career opportunities
- Convert inquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups
- Build partnerships with colleges, training centers, MSMEs, exporters, and logistics companies
- Conduct webinars, seminars, and promotional activities
- Maintain CRM/database of leads and admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good understanding of sales and lead conversion
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Knowledge of EXIM industry is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales/business development preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
