This is full-time onsite role based in our Pune office.
Finding the right talent is critical to Hansen's growth and success. As a Talent Sourcer, you play a key role in shaping the first impression candidates have of our organization and ensuring we connect with top talent across global markets. This position sits at the heart of our recruitment process, helping to build strong talent pipelines, identify exceptional candidates, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
By partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and candidates, you'll help ensure we attract the right people at the right time while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Your work directly supports business growth, workforce planning, and the continued success of our global teams.
- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple regions and functions.
- Screen applications and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate candidate screening calls and interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide pipeline updates to Talent Acquisition Partners.

- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition support.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills with exposure to technology, corporate, or professional services hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
