Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate in Electronics Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification in Design / Power Electronics / Electrical Engineering will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications — Good to Have:
- Awareness of future technological advancements in the automotive industry in domains such as Wiring Harness, Battery, High Voltage, and autonomous mobility.
- German language skills and global project experience.
- Experience working with Mercedes-Benz norms, standards, and processes.
- Exposure to CAD tools such as Unigraphics NX, Ldorado, E3-Cable, and PREEVision.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and international project teams.
