About the Role
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and career-oriented Academic Counselor & Admissions Executive Intern who can manage student inquiries, admissions, academic coordination, and counseling activities. This role is ideal for MBA graduates who want hands-on experience in education management, sales, counseling, and digital marketing.
Eligibility
- MBA Completed or Pursuing Final Semester

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions and Counseling
- Handle incoming leads and student inquiries
- Conduct tele-counseling and career guidance calls
- Explain courses, training programs, and career opportunities
- Follow up with prospective students regularly
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain admission records and CRM updates
Demo Class Management
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes
- Conduct demo class follow-ups
- Collect feedback from prospects
- Address student queries and objections
- Ensure maximum demo-to-admission conversion
Academic Management
- Coordinate with trainers and students
- Maintain student attendance and batch records
- Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and seminars
- Support smooth execution of academic activities
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the course
Marketing and Promotion Support
- Assist in social media and promotional activities
- Participate in offline marketing campaigns and events
- Support lead generation initiatives
- Promote institute programs through calls and follow-ups
