Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Admin Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in outsourcing, accounting, or KPO hiring, along with exposure to HR operations and administrative functions. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, supporting HR processes, and handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office and people operations. You will act as a key point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring effective communication, compliance, and a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, candidate communication, and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person).
- Coordinate technical, logical reasoning, and language proficiency assessments for shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs in accounting, finance, and KPO roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Post job openings on job portals, company career pages, and LinkedIn to attract qualified candidates.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring status.
- Assist in onboarding processes and ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires.
HR Operations & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, candidate databases, and HR documentation.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and employee data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for office administration, vendor management, and basic facility support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support implementation of HR processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficient HR & admin operations.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment with additional exposure to HR operations or administration.
- Prior experience in outsourcing, accounting, or KPO hiring is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and basic HR processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and resume databases.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
