We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Handle offer rollout and follow-ups with candidates
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Relevant experience in recruitment (3–5 years)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
