Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and gate passes.
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor coordination.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle courier, postal, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate office supplies and stationery requirements.
- Support HR and Accounts with administrative tasks.
Office Management
- Monitor housekeeping and office maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services and repairs.
- Maintain inventory of office assets and consumables.
- Ensure proper upkeep of reception and common areas.
Coordination & Communication
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist management in travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and office documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception/Admin roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of attendance and employee record management.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based organizations.
Working Hours
- Full-time
- Monday to Saturday
Reporting To
- HR Manager / Administration Manager
CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹9,021.61 - ₹24,851.58 per month
