Equipment Selection & Sizing:
Ø Perform election and sizing of mechanical equipment based on process and project requirements.
Ø Handle both rotating equipment (pumps, fans, compressors) and static equipment (tanks, cyclones, bag filters, etc.).
Ø Ensure selected equipment meets design capacity, efficiency, and operational requirements.
Ø Develop detailed design specifications, technical reports, and engineering drawings for mechanical systems that supports project objectives.
Engineering Review & Verification:
Ø Review technical specifications, datasheets, and vendor submissions for compliance with project requirements.
Ø Verify engineering calculations including capacity, flow rates, pressure drops, and system performance.
Ø Cross-check design assumptions with actual site and process conditions.
Drawing & Document Interpretation
Ø Read and interpret engineering drawings such as GA drawings, P&IDs, layout drawings, and fabrication details.
Ø Ensure proper integration of mechanical systems within overall project layout.
Ø Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with MEP design teams.
System Understanding & Application
Ø Demonstrate working knowledge of industrial systems including:
- Energy plant
- Pumps and Fans
- piping and valves
- Compressors and Vacuum pumps
- Hydraulic press system
- Firefighting system
- HVAC and ventilation systems

Ø Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications and optimization of equipment.
Ø Participate in technical discussions, inspections, and approvals.
Ø Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Software & Drafting
Ø Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD.
Ø Maintain proper documentation and version control of engineering drawings and reports.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Ø Analyze system performance and suggest improvements or optimizations.
Ø Identify potential design or operational issues and propose corrective actions.
Communication & Reporting
Ø Prepare technical reports, notes, and documentation in clear professional way.
Ø Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external teams.
Present technical information clearly during meetings and reviews.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
