Position
Production Engineer – Electronics
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities.
- Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Perform visual inspection of PCBs and assembled electronic products.
- Conduct functional testing of IoT devices and electronic assemblies.
- Verify input/output voltages, current consumption, and power supply parameters.
- Program microcontrollers and communication modules using standard programming tools.
- Check firmware versions, device configuration, and data accuracy.
- Validate sensor readings, communication interfaces, and overall product performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production and quality issues.
- Maintain production records, testing reports, and manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and R&D teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.
- Support continuous process improvement and productivity enhancement.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Sound knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB assembly, SMT/THT processes, and IoT devices.
- Hands-on experience with Multimeters, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, and Programming Tools.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams, BOMs, and production documents.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle and motivate a production team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working under production deadlines.
Salary: As per company standards and candidate qualifications.
