Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior & Exterior Supervisor to oversee and execute finishing and façade works at construction sites. The role involves monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring execution in line with approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, safety practices, and design compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all interior and exterior finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor execution of interior works including flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, fixtures, and finishing activities
- Oversee exterior works such as plaster, façade, cladding, elevation, waterproofing, and external painting
- Coordinate with architects, designers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution
- Plan daily work schedules, ensure manpower availability, and track project timelines
- Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, and maintain high-quality finishing standards
- Prepare snag lists, identify issues, and ensure timely closure of pending works
- Check material quality, monitor usage, and minimize wastage at site
- Supervise subcontractors and verify measurements before contractor billing
- Ensure coordination between civil, electrical, and plumbing teams
- Monitor safety practices, PPE compliance, and maintain proper site housekeeping
- Maintain daily progress reports and assist in final inspection and project handover
Requirements
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass. (Higher education preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in interior & exterior execution.
- Strong knowledge of finishing and site execution.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
