Job Responsibilities :-
Tender Discovery & Tracking:
- Regularly search and identify upcoming tenders on GeM, eProcurement portals, and other government/private platforms.
- Analyze tender notices, eligibility criteria, and assess opportunities aligned with the company’s services/products.
- Maintain a database of open, upcoming, and closed tenders for better tracking and planning.
Tender Filing & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit complete tender documentation (technical and financial bids) as per tender guidelines on GeM, eProcurement portals, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents, certificates, and information required for submission.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted before deadlines.
Pre-Bid Meetings & Clarifications:
- Attend pre-bid meetings (virtually or physically) to understand project scopes, raise queries, and gather critical insights.
- Document minutes of meetings and circulate them with concerned internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with authorities for any clarifications or changes in tender terms.
Negotiation & Liaison:
- Communicate and negotiate with tender authorities regarding eligibility conditions, deadlines, document requirements, and other tender-related matters.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government procurement officials and departments.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with tendering procedures, financial norms, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain updated records of all tender submissions, evaluations, awards, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on tender status, success rates, and improvement suggestions.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor government procurement policies, amendments, and procurement trends.
- Provide strategic inputs for tender participation based on market analysis and competitor activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in handling tenders on GeM and eProcurement platforms.
- Knowledge of government procurement policies, tender procedures, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret tender documents thoroughly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online portal handling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Experience in attending pre-bid meetings and coordinating with authorities is preferred.
