Sai Nayan Hospital & Research Centre is looking for a qualified Sonologist/Radiologist to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, providing accurate reports, and ensuring high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret all routine and specialized ultrasound examinations.
- Prepare accurate diagnostic reports in a timely manner.
- Conduct Obstetric, Gynecological, Abdominal, Small Parts, Musculoskeletal, Vascular, and Doppler Ultrasound studies.
- Ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort during examinations.
- Collaborate with referring clinicians for appropriate patient management.
- Maintain proper medical records and comply with hospital protocols.
- Adhere to all applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Essential Qualifications
As per the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) Act, 1994 & Rules, applicable in Madhya Pradesh, the candidate should possess one of the following:
- MD (Radiodiagnosis/Radiology)
- DNB (Radiodiagnosis)
- DMRD (Diploma in Medical Radio Diagnosis) from a recognized institution
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC)/State Medical Council.
- Eligible to be registered as a Sonologist under the PCPNDT Act and Rules in Madhya Pradesh.
- Sound knowledge of ultrasound reporting and diagnostic imaging.
- Good communication and patient management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology Ultrasound.
- Expertise in Color Doppler studies.
- Ability to work independently and maintain reporting accuracy.
- Familiarity with PCPNDT documentation and statutory compliance.
