Job Summary
We are seeking a senior Oracle Finance Functional Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead the implementation, upgrade, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules. In this role, you will design scalable financial solutions, lead global rollouts, and act as the primary liaison between finance business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution & Architecture Leadership: Lead the requirement gathering, business process mapping, and functional design (MD050) for Oracle EBS Financial applications.
- Module Configuration: Own the end-to-end setup and configuration of core financial modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CE). Experience with AGIS, Ebiz Tax, or SLA is highly preferred.
- Global Delivery: Drive full-lifecycle implementation activities, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data reconciliation/migration, user training, and cutover planning.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with technical teams to design, test, and deploy custom objects, reports, interfaces, and third-party integrations (RICEFW). Ensure tight integration between Financials and SCM/HRMS modules.
- Stakeholder Management: Present solutions to executive leadership, manage onshore/offshore team deliverables, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of strong functional experience within Oracle EBS Financials (R12.1.3 / R12.2.x).
- Implementation Track Record: Led at least 3-4 full lifecycle end-to-end global Oracle Financials implementations or major multi-country rollouts.
- Technical Familiarity: Ability to query Oracle tables using SQL to troubleshoot data issues, validate accounting flows, and write clear technical specifications for developers.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of standard accounting practices, multi-currency setups, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA, CPA, ICWA, MBA in Finance, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Information Technology.
- Prior exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials) migration or co-existence strategies is a major plus.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
