Role Overview: The Senior Academic Counselor focuses on driving student enrollments through high-impact communication and counseling. We prioritize candidates with a proven track record of meeting targets and managing the admission funnel effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Guide prospective students and parents through course details, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of monthly enrollment targets and drive the lead conversion process.
- End-to-End Admissions: Manage the full cycle from the first inquiry call/walk-in to fee collection and final documentation.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets and ensure a rigorous follow-up schedule.
- Peer Mentoring: Assist in training newer team members on handling common objections and closing techniques.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, tele-sales, or business development.
- Communication: Fluent and persuasive verbal communication; ability to build trust quickly.
- Sales Mindset: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Tools: Basic proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp for Business, and simple spreadsheets.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
