Job Overview:
We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills to handle international voice processes for UK, US, and Australian clients. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, ensuring timely resolutions.

Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

Work in rotational shifts as per international time zones.

Follow company guidelines and customer service protocols.

Maintain accurate customer records and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.

Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.

Basic technical knowledge of CRM tools and call handling processes.
Mandatory Experience :

Prior experience with UK, US, or Australian clients.

Knowledge of customer service best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any discipline).

Salary Range:
Salary : 22k to 25k net take home
