*Maintenance Supervisor*
Required Maintenance Supervisors for Karnavati Workshop.
Experience: 3–4 years
Preferred Experience: Maintenance experience of Volvo buses and AMTS buses
Job Role:
Candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance and repair activities of buses at Karnavati Workshop, with preference for candidates having hands-on experience in Volvo bus maintenance. The role includes monitoring repair work, guiding technicians, ensuring timely vehicle readiness, and maintaining proper maintenance records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise repair and maintenance work of buses.
- Give technical guidance to mechanics and technicians.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and running repair activities.
- Identify repeated defects and support corrective action.
- Ensure timely availability of vehicles after maintenance.
- Maintain job cards, maintenance history, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with stores and operations teams for parts and vehicle readiness.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
