Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and business growth. The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, accounting, taxation, treasury, and reporting while managing a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare financial models and business forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Oversee intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, Zakat, and tax regulations.
- Manage tax filings through the ZATCA portal.
- Handle tax audits and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in financial and tax legislation.
Treasury & Risk Management
- Manage banking relationships and cash flow.
- Oversee credit facilities and debt management.
- Develop financial risk management strategies.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure where applicable.
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage and financial risk controls.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Set performance objectives and support professional development.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment and retention of finance professionals.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with operational teams to support business objectives.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Professional qualification, Intermediate qualification, or Postgraduate degree in Finance is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in any Middle East country.
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of IFRS and Saudi accounting standards.
- Understanding of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and tax regulations.
- Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of retail inventory management; pharmaceutical industry experience is an added advantage.
