Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer database from booking to possession
- Handle client queries, documentation, and payment schedules
- Coordinate between sales, legal, accounts, and site teams
- Track agreements, demand letters, and possession timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation (especially Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority guidelines)
Experience
- 2–5 years in real estate CRM (preferably residential projects)
Education
- BBA / BCom / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills
- CRM software (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
- Client communication & conflict resolution
- Knowledge of agreement process, payment schedules, and handover stages
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
