Job Description – EdTech Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented EdTech Sales Executive to promote and sell our professional training and certification programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, with the ability to guide prospective learners and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. This role requires a target-driven individual who is passionate about helping professionals and students choose the right learning solutions while contributing to the organization's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students, working professionals, and corporate clients regarding training programs and certification courses.
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Understand customer learning requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, website inquiries, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments while achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Explain course curriculum, certification benefits, schedules, fees, payment options, and enrollment procedures to prospective learners.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Training, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners to encourage repeat enrollments and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized learning solutions for individual and corporate clients.
- Participate in webinars, seminars, educational events, and promotional campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Track sales performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, certification programs, and the company's learning portfolio to effectively position training solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, education counseling, inside sales, or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate learning solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling online training, certification programs, or professional development courses.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
