Lead end-to-end hiring, onboarding, HR operations, compliance and employee engagement. You’ll build scalable people processes, manage payroll/HRIS, support managers on performance & employee relations, and drive L&D and culture initiatives.
Must-haves: 4–8 years HR experience, strong recruitment & HR operations skills, familiarity with labour law and HRIS; edtech/education or startup experience preferred.
