Role Overview:
Lead the sales team to achieve admission targets, ensure quality counselling, and maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly/quarterly admissions and revenue targets.
- Allocate leads, monitor follow-ups, and support in closures.
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Handle escalated student/parent queries.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and CRM accuracy.
- Coordinate with Academics, Finance, and Admin for onboarding.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in EdTech/counselling sales.
- Proven team-leading experience.
- Strong communication, target orientation, and leadership.
- Good reporting and CRM skills.
