Job Summary:
We are a leading manufacturing company specializing in high-quality industrial machinery. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting of our roll forming machines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on mechanical and automation troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site installation, alignment, and commissioning of roll forming lines.
- Troubleshoot and fix breakdown issues relating to roller shafts, cut-off dies, decoilers, and shearing units.
- Inspect and service hydraulic power packs, pneumatic systems, and valves.
- Handle basic electrical and PLC automation troubleshooting on-site.
- Train clients' operators on safe machine handling and routine preventive maintenance.
- Provide clear service reports after completing client site visits.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience servicing sheet metal, roll forming, or similar heavy industrial machinery.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client locations for service calls.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
