BDE should Identify and generate new business opportunities for Social Media, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Content. Pitch event concepts and services to potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure client requirements are met.Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads for:
360° Digital Marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Content, etc.)
Offline / BTL marketing (branding, activations, on-ground promotions)
Corporate events (conferences, product launches, annual meets, offsites, exhibitions, etc.)
Identify and approach corporates, brands, startups, and SMEs
Pitch company services to marketing heads, HR, admin, and decision-makers
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals & costing
Assist in closing deals and converting leads into confirmed clients
Maintain client relationships for repeat digital, marketing & event business
Achieve assigned sales targets
Attend client meetings, presentations & networking events.
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
1–4 years of experience in sales or business development (event industry preferred)
MBA or sales certification is a plus
Ability to communicate in 2–3 regional languages would be added advantage.
