We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Assist in onboarding activities for selected candidates.

Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Support the HR team in other talent acquisition and HR-related activities.
Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of recruitment processes.

Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online recruitment platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
