Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Calls professionally.
- Generate leads, build client relationships, and follow up effectively.
- Take full ownership of incoming/outgoing calls and convert them into potential sales/matured leads.
- Focus on client satisfaction and deliver measurable results/targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs and report daily performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills (International client handling experience is a plus).
- Target-driven attitude with strong convincing & negotiation power.
