We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist cum Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain front desk operations and office records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Support HR and administration-related tasks
- Maintain filing systems and documentation
- Coordinate courier services and incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative duties
- Ensure office cleanliness and smooth office coordination
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
