Glorious has an immediate requirement for a Civil Engineer:
Responsibilities:
· Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications Inspecting construction sites regularly
· Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
· Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
· Reporting on daily progress and adherence to planned schedules.
· Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
· Maintaining an accurate record of construction related activities and progress.
· Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience working on site - Minimum 2 years.
· Completion of any post-secondary education construction training program.
· Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
· The ability to interpret blueprints
· Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
· Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
· Outstanding leadership skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
