Ceramics Production Manager
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ceramics Production Manager to oversee daily production operations across the workshop. The role involves managing and coordinating all stages of ceramic production - from casting and finishing to glazing and quality control; while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high product standards.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, and willing to actively participate in production processes whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
> Oversee day-to-day ceramic production operations and workflow
> Manage and supervise processes including slip casting, finishing, glazing, and firing preparation
>Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency in form, finish, glaze application, and overall product standards
>Identify and resolve production issues efficiently
>Maintain production timelines and coordinate task allocation within the team
>Ensure proper handling and maintenance of moulds, tools, materials, and equipment
>Monitor inventory of raw materials and production supplies
>Train and guide production staff on techniques, quality standards, and best practices
>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the production space
Requirements
> Prior experience in production & management
> Excellent attention to detail and quality control
> Ability to manage a team and coordinate daily operations effectively
> Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on working approach
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
