Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in the configuration and support of packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience with low-code development platforms.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and their integration.
- Familiarity with software release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
