Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist to work closely with the Head of Digital in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that offers ample opportunities to learn and grow your expertise in digital marketing strategy.
As a Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies for awareness, engagement, and lead-generation campaigns for the Company and its key brands.
- Managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others using models like CPC, CPM, CPA, and CPL to drive high-performing results.
- Guiding creative teams with platform-specific best practices, ensuring content (visuals, messaging, hooks) is engaging and effective.
- Defining KPIs, generating detailed campaign performance reports, and identifying actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams, senior management, and external agencies to align digital strategies with business objectives and optimize performance across all channels.
