Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present products/services to prospective customers and explain their benefits.
- Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience may be required).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
