- Key Responsibilities
- Solution Technical Leadership
- Lead end to end Adobe Commerce Magento solutioning discovery estimation architecture and delivery planning
- Translate business requirements into scalable Magento implementations catalog checkout promotions pricing customer order management
- Define technical standards for module development theming integrations and release management
- Implementation Delivery
- Design and build custom Magento modules plugins observers and APIs using PHP best practices and Magento patterns
- Implement and optimize storefront experiences themes layout XML UI components aligned with UX and performance goals
- Drive integrations with third party services payments shipping tax ERP CRM PIM using REST GraphQL and secure integration patterns
- Quality Performance Operations
- Ensure code quality through reviews testing strategy and adherence to Magento coding standards
- Diagnose and resolve production issues performance bottlenecks and scalability concerns caching indexing database search
- Support release cycles with environment readiness deployment coordination and rollback planning
- Collaboration Mentorship
- Partner with cross functional teams to align technical decisions with business outcomes and timelines
- Mentor developers share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Minimum Qualifications
- BE BTech ME MTech MCA MBA or MSc
- 5 9 years of overall experience with strong hands on expertise in Adobe Commerce Magento
- Solid experience building and customizing Magento solutions including custom modules and storefront components
- Strong PHP development experience with an understanding of object oriented design and maintainable code practices
- Experience working with Magento data structures and core commerce workflows catalog checkout orders customers
