Mountain Shadows Resort is looking for energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to maintain guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards while delivering excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and ready before guest check-in
- Report maintenance issues, lost items, or damages to supervisors
- Follow resort cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Support laundry and deep-cleaning activities when required
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort preferred
- Freshers with good attitude may also apply
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Preferred
- Experience in resorts or premium hospitality properties
- Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and guest handling
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
