Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in HR Generalist functions. The ideal candidate will support day to day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR administration. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data in the HRMS.
- Support payroll inputs by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee information.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
- Track employee goals, reviews, and performance documentation.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain statutory records and support compliance activities.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
- Support HR audits and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR Generalist functions.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
