CRM / Customer Coordinator
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM / Customer Coordinator who can efficiently manage customer communication, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely execution of customer requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in customer service or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and service requirements
* Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounts teams
* Provide timely updates regarding order status and delivery schedules
* Maintain customer records and update ERP/CRM systems
* Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure
* Handle payment follow-ups with customers
* Coordinate customer complaint resolution with concerned departments
* Prepare reports, customer correspondence, and status updates
* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good coordination and follow-up abilities
* Customer handling and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software
* Attention to detail and documentation skills
* Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Industry
Manufacturing / Transformers / CRGO Industry
