Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead and scale Chemkart’s digital growth. This role will oversee all digital marketing channels and lead a team comprising the SEO Expert, Performance Marketing Head, Graphic Designer, and Web Development/Management team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical thinking, creative flair, and a deep understanding of B2B digital strategy, with a focus on driving qualified leads and enhancing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and marketing roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital team including SEO, paid media, creatives, and web operations.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc. to ensure high ROI and conversion performance.
- Optimize website performance, user journey, and lead capture strategies in collaboration with internal and external developers.
- Drive SEO strategy and content performance to improve organic traffic and SERP rankings.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to maintain visual brand consistency across digital assets and campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director on branding, campaign planning, and key business initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, martech tools, and competitor activity to keep Chemkart at the forefront of digital excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head role.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation strategies, and industrial buyer personas.
- Proven experience managing high-performance teams across SEO, paid media, creatives, and web.
- Proficiency in performance tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience in the food, ingredients, or nutraceuticals industry is a plus.
