We are looking for a high-energy Sales Professional to lead the market entry and expansion of our premium kitchen range. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of handling high-value products where the sale is driven by quality and brand story, rather than just price discounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Identify and onboard "A-Class" retail outlets, premium supermarkets (e.g., LuLu, Reliance Signature), and specialized lifestyle stores.
- Primary & Secondary Sales: Take full ownership of the sales funnel, from Primary loading at the production level to ensuring Secondary offtake at the retail level and Territory sales.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with store managers and owners to secure premium shelf placement and "eye-level" visibility.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor schemes (Territory & Primary) and provide real-time feedback to the management to adjust our trade marketing strategies.
- Product Training: Conduct demos and training sessions for retail staff to ensure they can explain the "premium" USP of our curry powders and kitchen products to end-consumers.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: 3–4 years of hardcore sales experience in FMCG (Spices, Sauces, or Premium Cookware).
- Network: An existing strong network of distributors and premium retailers across Kerala.
- Communication: Fluent in Malayalam and English. Ability to pitch to both a local shop owner and a corporate category manager.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable with sales data, "Beat Plans," and secondary sales reporting.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (60–70% of the time) across the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
