Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work environment
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee databases and HRMS records.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance department.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and leave details.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee concerns and support grievance handling.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Assist in employee performance evaluation processes.
- Maintain performance review documentation.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support statutory compliance and HR audits.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
