Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders for Indian market and ensure accurate monitoring of the order book

Coordinate with banking institutions to set up bank guarantees and documentary credits

Work closely with our Group factories (France, Belgium, USA, Canada, China) to monitor manufacturing lead times

Handle transportation logistics, including price negotiations with carriers and forwarding agents

Prepare and manage export transport documentation, including certificates of origin, bill of lading (BL) instructions, and customs documents

International trade or transport-related field

A successful first experience in an industrial environment

Knowledge of customs procedures and formalities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Fluent in English (both written and spoken

Customer-focused with strong organizational skills
