Job Summary
The Dispatch & Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch activities for solar EPC projects. The role ensures timely availability of materials, accurate stock records, and efficient coordination with procurement, project, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, electrical components, and other project materials.
- Ensure accurate stock entry and inventory records in ERP/software or manual registers.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or damaged materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate dispatch of materials to project sites as per project schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, e-way bills, gate passes, and transport documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors for timely deliveries.
- Track dispatched materials and ensure receipt confirmation from project sites.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure minimal delays in project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and dispatches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
- Maintain documentation related to warranty, material movement, and asset tracking.
- Support audits by providing inventory and dispatch records as required.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Vendors for material planning and movement.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials based on approved material requisitions.
- Follow up on material returns from completed project sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
