Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of various portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Proposals writing
- Communicating with clients and understanding project requirements
- Coordinating with the technical team to create quotes and timelines
- Maintaining follow-ups and building client relationships
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of IT services and web development
- Comfortable with MS Office and online platforms
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and team player
