The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for Clients and visitors at the wellness clinic. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring a smooth client experience, handling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks to maintain efficient clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Interaction & Reception
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Handle patient inquiries (in person, phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Ensure a positive and welcoming clinic environment
2. Appointment Management
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar
- Coordinate with doctors/therapists for availability
3. Patient Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records (digital/manual)
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Assist in patient registration and onboarding
4. Billing & Payments
- Generate invoices and collect payments (cash, card, online)
- Maintain billing records and daily reports
- Coordinate with accounts team if required
5. Clinic Operations Support
- Manage front desk supplies and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination
6. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with therapists, doctors, and internal staff
- Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and packages
- Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
