Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated IT Teacher to join our CBSE middle school team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make technology engaging and relevant for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Information Technology to students in Grades 6–8 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver interactive, practical, and student-centered lessons.
- Teach computer fundamentals, MS Office, coding basics, internet safety, AI fundamentals, and digital literacy.
- Conduct practical sessions and assess students through projects, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain student records and provide regular feedback on academic progress.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, and responsible use of technology.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computers), MCA, or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, coding fundamentals, and educational technology.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom learning.
- Passion for mentoring students and promoting innovation.
