We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and creative Content Strategist to oversee the planning, development, and management of our content across all digital touchpoints. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and user needs, ensuring our brand voice is consistent, authoritative, and engaging.
The ideal candidate knows how to turn complex ideas into clear stories, uses data to back up creative decisions, and understands how content drives the marketing funnel—from building brand awareness to fostering deep user trust.
- Brainstorming & Ideation: Generate continuous streams of fresh, out-of-the-box, and highly engaging content concepts based on emerging trends and audience behavior.
- Creative Storytelling: Transform complex, dry, or standard topics into captivating, narrative-driven stories that instantly hook the audience.
- Innovative Formats: Experiment with and pioneer new content formats, expanding beyond traditional copy into short-form video (Reels/Shorts), interactive assets, and visual infographics.
- Viral Trend Integration: Monitor digital and social media landscapes to quickly identify viral trends and creatively adapt them to the brand's identity.
- Visual Collaboration: Work closely with multimedia designers and video editors to co-create visually stunning content where design and copy elevate each other.
- Audience Engagement: Craft compelling hooks and interactive elements that stop the user from scrolling, driving high engagement and community interaction.
- Brand Voice Modernization: Keep the brand's voice feeling fresh, relatable, and human, ensuring it builds genuine trust and connection with the audience.
- Content Experimentation: Continually test different content angles—balancing educational, inspirational, and entertaining pillars to discover what resonates best.
- Campaign Concepts: Develop creative themes and unique concepts for launch campaigns and major digital initiatives from scratch.
- Continuous Refreshment: Constantly challenge standard industry norms by introducing novel perspectives and creative angles to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to derive actionable data insights.
