About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (4-6 years of experience) to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to create impactful presentations and dashboards. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and drive execution across key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CFO.
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and business priorities.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Support the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Analyse financial and operational data to generate actionable business insights.
- Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and performance summaries for leadership review.
- Assist in tracking key financial and operational KPIs.
Presentation & Dashboard Management
- Develop high-quality presentations for Board meetings, investor discussions, leadership reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytics tools.
- Translate complex data into concise, visually compelling presentations and executive summaries.
Project Coordination
- Support cross-functional projects driven by the Finance function.
- Monitor project milestones, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and drive execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, Data Analysis).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven, and go-getter mindset.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience supporting CXO-level executives, preferably in finance functions.
- Exposure to business analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Qualification: M. Com/ MBA Background, Additional certifications in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related fields will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
