Key Responsibilities
As an Immigration Consultant Trainee, you will receive structured training and gradually develop into a Global Immigration Consultant.
Your responsibilities include:
· Connect with prospective clients through company-generated and self-generated leads.
· Understand clients' immigration goals through detailed consultations.
· Guide clients regarding Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Business Immigration, Investment Migration, Student Visas, Golden Visas and Citizenship Programs.
· Explain immigration pathways based on current immigration laws, policies and eligibility criteria.
· Conduct professional consultations and build long-term client relationships.
· Convert qualified prospects into successful clients through ethical and consultative selling.
· Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM platform.
· Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and ensure exceptional customer experience.
· Collaborate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
· Consistently achieve monthly performance and revenue targets.
· Continuously upgrade knowledge of global immigration programs through internal training.

Eligibility
· Fresh Graduates (Any Discipline)
· 0–2 Years of Experience
· Strong English communication skills
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Sales aptitude is an advantage but not mandatory
