We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to oversee stock-out operations, inventory audits, and ERP stock reconciliation for our ice cream manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in warehouse audits, dispatch monitoring, FIFO management, and cold chain inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit all stock-out and dispatch activities from warehouse/factory
- Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical stock and ERP inventory records
- Verify dispatch quantities, invoices, challans, and stock movement records
- Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First In First Out) inventory practices
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and surprise inventory checks
- Monitor stock variance, damages, expiry, wastage, and leakage reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, production, and operations teams
- Ensure proper handling of frozen products and cold chain inventory
- Identify process gaps, inventory discrepancies, and operational leakages
- Generate audit reports, MIS reports, and stock analysis for management
Requirements:
- Strong experience in stock audit and inventory control operations
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems
- Good understanding of warehouse dispatch and cold chain operations
- Strong knowledge of FIFO inventory management
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
- Ability to independently manage stock audit operations
Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience:
- 7–8 years of experience in stock audit, warehouse audit, inventory management, or dispatch audit operations
- Experience in FMCG, dairy, frozen food, cold chain, or ice cream industry preferred

- Strong operational and inventory management skills
- Experience handling dispatch audits and stock reconciliation
- Ability to identify inventory leakages and improve stock accuracy
- Strong coordination and warehouse monitoring abilities
Deal Breaker:
- Experience in stock audit, dispatch audit, FIFO handling, and ERP inventory management is mandatory.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
