Job Description
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can call incoming leads, explain our programs, follow up properly, and convert interested people into enrollments.
The role is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Call leads provided by the company.
Explain course, workshop, and program details clearly.
Understand the customer’s requirement and guide them to the right program.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and messages.
Convert leads into paid enrollments.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the team for payment and enrollment updates.
Support basic marketing and promotional activities when required.
Achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
Good spoken English and Hindi.
Confident in phone communication.
Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
Good follow-up and convincing ability.
Basic computer/mobile skills.
Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
Freshers can apply; sales or telecalling experience is preferred.

Fixed salary plus performance-base bonus on successful closures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
