₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on qualifications, skills & experience)
2. Role Summary
We are seeking a Stores & Warehouse Executive to manage material receipt, storage, inventory control, traceability and documentation in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records to support uninterrupted production.
3. Key Responsibilities
Ø Receive, inspect, identify, and store incoming materials as per established procedures.
Ø Verify received materials against Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), delivery challans and invoices.
Ø Issue materials to production while ensuring proper material identification, batch / lot traceability and inventory accuracy.
Ø Maintain inventory records, stock registers, ERP/software entries and material movement documentation.
Ø Monitor stock levels and support periodic stock verification, reconciliation and inventory audits.
Ø Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable to ensure proper material rotation.
Ø Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Ø Ensure compliance with quality requirements, safety practices, housekeeping (5S) and inventory control procedures.
4. Technical Skills & Competencies
Ø Basic knowledge of stores, warehouse and inventory management practices.
Ø Familiarity with material receipt, storage, stock control and inventory documentation.
Ø Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ø Knowledge of ERP systems or inventory management software will be an advantage.
Ø Understanding of FIFO, FEFO, batch/lot traceability and inventory reconciliation.
Ø Strong documentation, organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ø Good communication and coordination skills.
Ø Knowledge of ISO 13485, 5S or regulated manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
5. Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Medical Device Manufacturing will be given preference. Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Automation or other regulated manufacturing industries will also be considered.
6. Candidate Profile
Ø Diploma holder or graduate with a strong interest in stores and warehouse operations.
Ø Good organisational and planning skills.
Ø Quality-conscious with a high level of accuracy in inventory management.
Ø Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.
Ø Self-disciplined, responsible and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
